ME2:
I love the Afterlife music.
I love Suicide Mission, specifically that brass bit at the very end.
I love Legion's theme.

ME1:
I love the first half of The Wards.
I love the main intro(always a good sign for a series).
I love Vigil's theme.

Really all the music is great, but these ones stand out for me.

For ME2, just the DLC music, Grunt and Tali's recruitment/loyalty missions, End Run, and The Long Walk. That's it.

I love the ambient music to Freedom's Progress...so eerie and spooky. Perfectly fits the setting of an abandoned ghost town.

Also, the Omega 4 Relay tune is awesome. A tune fit for a heroic saving of the galaxy.

The first two together are literally enough to reduce me to tears, especially with the story from overlord and if you decided to stay faithful in mass effect 2 and all you can do is look at the photo and stare into the abyss thinking of your lost love :-(
