I not sure if this is a bug but Darktown at night looks exactly like Darktown at day.

There is no Darktown Night map. When you select Darktown at night it takes you to the same place as Darktown Day. The only maps with separate night time set ups are the Docks, Lowtown, and Hightown. This is of course in addition to any quest-specific maps.

Yes. Darktown is the same instance if you access it from night or day. To add to your list, The Hanged Man has a day and night version as well.
