I bought exiled prince with my own money, and put in the emporium code. Every time I try to download I get the 80029780 error. This is quite annoying considering that code is an error for too many downloads of content, and this is the first time I have EVER downloaded ANY Bioware/EA content on my PS3, so I know for a fact that this is bull ****. What is going on?
I'm getting a 80029780 error on every single thing I am trying to download.

I am getting the same problem, i searched the error code, and its a system activation error code, though my system is activated and i only have one ps3 activated to my PSN... so if anyone else has any idea how to fix this it would be awesome.

It is worth noting that I can download DLC and PS1 games just fine (Final Fantasy VII started it's download 5 minutes ago without any trouble). Only DA2's DLC gets this error, before someone says this is Sony's problem.

From googling the error code, it seems like something that happens if you activate your account on too many ps3s or something, but I've only ever owned the one ps3, so that's clearly not right

Same. I have had this PS3 one year, and it is the first and ONLY one I have ever had (and it's a slim at that). Which is why I said it makes no freaking sense for me to get that error code.
What we need is for someone who had no problem getting DLC on their PS3 to try to download again. That way, we'll see if this is a server problem, because if people who had no trouble before get the same error as this, that will confirm it to probably be temporary server error that will probably be gone soon.

I'm having this exact same problem. I can download ANY other content perfectly fine but when I attempt to download Exiled Prince after having PAID FOR IT I cannot download it and receive the same error. What the hell is going on? I don't wanna go any further into the game without having this up and running.

I just tried again and it WORKED! I think it might have been temporary after all. To everyone else, try again now, before the server has another cluster f... Screw.
