Potential plot twists that would make you vomit

A few of mine:
TIM being indoctrinated: If he was supposed to be indoctrinated throughout ME2, that would be an epic piece of Micheal Bay-esque writing- that is, absolutely stupid.
Legion being a traiter: Legion has already gone too far in damaging the "Heretic" cause to be one of them. Also would be horrid writing. This is similar in nature to TIM being indoctrinated in that no one would destroy their own cause to such a huge extent simply to cover him/herself.
The Migrant fleet being capable of combat: Cmon now, they are a bunch of old, ranshackle, overcrowded, poorly maintained POSs that the Quarians threw together so they would not get annihilated by the Geth. Yes, they got a few marines, but most of their military age is out begging for parts.
Feel free to refute these points or add your own.

Someone on your crew is a cylon
straight characters like Jacob, Garrus, Tali, and Grunt suddenly become bi
TIM is a reaper shell like Saren was
Liara who was all cool about my new LI in SB becomes not OK and insane and my new LI breakup with me or I loose Liara's aid.
Garrus and Tali do a 180 in their personas like Liara did in ME2
Previously dead VS comes back as a reaper shell? They had a nuke to them you bring that back how?
Anderson is a cylon
Saren comes back
My mako isn't coming back and I'm stuck with the hopper
EDI becomes Gladous
Joker is a LI or in the physical ground team squad
My in it to win it team dextro suddenly isn't and become cameos
The Normandy becomes a dreadnought
One deathray to kill them all
And all species in the galaxy happily and quickly unit with shepard to defeat the reapers. Now quick get out the small world soundtrack.

Shepard/Harbringer battle to the death
Anything involving time travel
The secret to defeating the Reapers? Human soldiers injected with thresher maw venom.
TIM being the "real hero" of the series.

"Leviathan of Dis" coming out of nowhere to save the day.
Basically I won't be happy with any sort of asspull to defeat the Reapers, but that's what's going to happen because Bioware decided to not only stall but completely divert the plot of the trilogy for the second game. Now we have to learn about what the Reapers want with us, how to defeat them, and then go about doing it all in one game. It's going to feel cheap and way too easy, I just know it.

No, seriously.
There will be no freakin' way to defeat reapers
Shepards death is inevitable
The way to defeat reapers will be some stupid talking with them
Paragon Dialoge:
Shepard: You are bad go away plx!
Reapers: Okay
No one will trust shepard after ME2 because he is still with cerberus or TIM will make you the most unpopular person in the whole galaxy
Reapers get reaped by bigger Reapers

Shepard being a Messiah-like figure that has to sacrifice him/herself to save the entire galaxy.
Also: "It was all just a dream"
I don't care about the Messiah part but having an ending in which Shepard dies to save the galaxy is okay, something akin to the SM. And also an ending in which the Reapers win.
In a similar note - Deus Ex victory with absolutely no casulties, everyone makes it, and cheezy lines thrown. What was the point of three games if it was that easy. Shepard could have just R&R-ed till the Reapers arrived instead of wasting his time.
TIM is evil and decides to F you up in the worst possible moment. The batarians join the Reapers. Both scenarios present a really cool character and race as incredibly cliche and one-sided.

Extremely contrived unavoidable squad mate deaths
Extremely contrived way to make your allies (rachni, krogan, geth, shadow broker) irrelevant.

Having said that, there are definitely a few plot twists that would make me
Garrus or Tali betraying you (or really any of your squad save for Miranda)
A Virmire-style choice between Garrus and Tali (I think I'd stop playing the game and cry at that point)
Finding out that all your kindness and friendly overtures to everyone somehow screwed you over
Coming across the world of Dragon Age (nothing against DA, but I prefer these franchises not to mix)
Someone else getting the credit for us saving the world. Bonus
Either the rachni or the geth being traitors (though I think these could both be done well with a bit of work)
Your ME2 LI breaking off the relationship and leaving just because The Plot Demands It or because Bioware wants to write out anyone who could potentially die in the suicide mission (e.g. if Tali leaves Shepard and returns to the fleet). Would also be annoyed if they were just reduced to cameos.

TIM being indoctrinated: If he was supposed to be indoctrinated throughout ME2, that would be an epic piece of Micheal Bay-esque writing- that is, absolutely stupid.
If Bioware doesn't ignore Evolution, that will happen.
Legion being a traitor: Legion has already gone too far in damaging the "Heretic" cause to be one of them. Also would be horrid writing. This is similar in nature to TIM being indoctrinated in that no one would destroy their own cause to such a huge extent simply to cover him/herself.
Agreed.
Total BS for him to betray Shepard.
If that was true, Batarians would enslaved them long time ago.
That have over 50 000 ships and all of them have guns.
I don't care how old they're are, they are sill capable for combat and no other race has nearly as much ships.
And for the marines, what makes you think they just have few of them?
