**DA2 Spoiler included**
In "Witch Hunt" Morrigan said to the Warden, "Change is coming to the world. Some fear change and will fight it with every fibre of their being. But sometimes, change is what they need most. Sometimes, change is what sets them free."
At the beginning of DA2, Flemeth tells Hawke, "Without an end, there can be no peace. It gets no easier. Your struggles have only just begun..." and, "We stand upon the precipice of change. The world fears the inevitable plummet into the abyss. Watch for that moment...and when it comes, do not hesitate to leap."
We know that at the end of DA2, the world of Thedas is thrown into chaos when Anders destroys the Kirkwall Chantry and the mage rebellion ensues. The epilogue states that mages of all circles have begun their own rebellion, and even some templars have rebelled. I think it's pretty clear that this is the "change" that Flemeth and Morrigan speak of. In DA3, might we see the fruition of those changes come to pass? And what role will Morrigan/The Warden/Hawke/Flemeth play in this "new world?" Even if your Warden died in DA:O, I'm sure there will be a new one to create in DA3 just like you could in Awakening. Thoughts?
Flemeth/Morrigan said change was coming...

I just found Flemeth's choice of words after Aveline kills Wesley to be strange.
"Without an end, there can be no peace."
Implying there's a war of sorts going on? I wonder what war she is referring to exactly. For some reason, I have a hard time believing she cares one wit about the fighting between templars and mages. I think she's referring to something far bigger than that.
That line just seemed so out of place.

"Without an end, there can be no peace" is pretty straightforward. Hanging onto memories, things, regrets, sometimes people, just leaves you stuck emotionally.
