ok so i have been racking my brain for a few days now trying to figure out the best Sustained DPS and best all around killing power for the Rogue Obviously Assassin Tree will be maxed fully.
But after that i have come to the conclusion that taking the Stuns is the best form of DPS after the assassin tree.
2 points total for miasmic flask and its upgrade
2 points total for Evade and its upgrade
Combined with the skill that lets you hit for automatic critical hits when they are stunned (twist the knife)
and maxed out Speed
you should be constantly hitting for critical hits with either stuns or by the use of (pinpoint strikes)
Tell me what you think.
i have not even bothered with the Dual Wield skill tree at all so far so im not sure if its worth taking.
Tell me what your best DPS build would be for the rogue
Need help with Rogue build.

It sounds like you want to dual wield. I'm not positive, but archer dps may be higher.
Regarding flashs and stuns: I like the obscure flask much better than the stun flask. As for stun, my rogue was level 16 before the saved game screwed up. Evade works well for lower levels, but I've found stealth (or decoy) to work much better for dropping aggro. most of my "stun" came from knocking people off balance with a high crit chance. The "power" sustained did not work as often as crit damage at stunning. I also liked Fenris for my dps buddy, since he stuns and sets up staggers (stagger on crit talent).
Also, Two Fangs and Assassinate are great. You can one shot enemy mages around level 12, but at 16 it may take both skills and mark of death.

the whole reason why i take the stun skills is because they get automatic crits with the skill that gives you 100% crit while stunned but maybe forgoing stuns alltogether and dumping the points into the dual wield tree.
here would be an endgame build
Assasin- 10 points maxed
scoundrel- 1 point in the skill that does more dmg while flanking
shadow- 1 point into 25% crit dmg
6 points to max the speed talent
the rest into dual wield talents.
this might get more dmg output ill have to reskill and try it out
