so i beat the game first time as a warrior and my family looked like they did in the demo, now i started a new game as a rogue and all of my family at the beginning of the game have different hair styles and faces, im just curious is this normal? i thought it was kinda weird.
Family has different faces and hair.

They are programmed to look like whichever preset you selected for your Hawke.

Yes, it's normal. It depends on the presets you choose during character creation, I believe.

It depends on the preset you pick. Some presets have the "regular" version and others have a different look.
