The warrior's champion body is arm_wic. Go to line 219, it starts from there. Everything with "special" in front of the name is part of champion's armor and the blood dragon armor. Scroll down more until you find more "specials" for gloves and the same with boots.

For most cases, the "10010" section is the same for all items of the same type. The "10011" is unique but using that alone will not change the model. It seems with this method you can only change to models that have a unique "10010" variable.
For example one longsword has the "10011" string of "w_lsw_005a" and another has the string of "w_lsw_019a." However they both share the "100010" string of "art\\characters\\weapons\\longswords." Because of this, I can't get the model to change.

Isabela's body is inside apr_base.gda Index 18 and 19(before and after romance).
All companion bodies reside in that file also, some companions like Aveline, Bethany, Carver and Merril use regular PC bodies(regular elf body in case of Merril), while others have their unique bodies.
I'm off to sleep right now, I'll search around more later on.
Edit: I managed to get my player character's face into Isabela's body using KwanGong's method listed here:
http://social.biowar...index/6532362/1
However, the body retains Isabela's skin tone, which is sad.

Hmm. Would my "armor" level with...uh, level, if I did it that way, like it does for companions?
Thanks for taking the time to answer, by the way
I do not believe your armor would level in this way. It would just have the appearance of the armor in this way. To get your armor to level with you. You need to change the item in your save. A nice tutorial (the tutorial is on how to change a weapon) is http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=2203. If you want to change your compaion armor so the stats will increase as they level you can do the following:
Using gff4editor open up your save as it talks about in the tutorial above.
1 Next Double Click on Line starts 16003 SAVEGAME_PARTYLIST
2. Double Click on Line 16204 SAVEGAME_PARTYPOOLMEMBERS
3. Choose a Companion example by double clicking Line 0 gen00fl_bethany
4. Double Click line 16219 SAVEGAME_EQUIPMENT_ITEMS
5 Double Click the line that says gen_im_fla_bethany_01
6. Single click on ITEM_PROPERIES on the left hand side you should see a button for Add. Click Add. On the bottom of the list you should see a new line appear. Double click on that line.
7. Type in the number 9115. Hit Save
8. Then Click File then Save As and choose the file that you opened should be <savename>.das
If you want to add more stats or abilities or even the armor upgrades for companions you can also code that in. Choose a different toon say Issabella. Edit her companion armor gen_im_fla_isabela_01
Go to Step 6 above and add enough lines to cover the amount of upgrades needed.
List below of the item numbers to add for companion armor.
12000 - (Passive-[Internal]): Upgrade - Anders 01 - Spirit Essence - Magic Resistance
12001 - (Passive-[Internal]): Upgrade - Anders 02 - Armor Struts - Armor

It's as always, sometimes works, sometimes not
Hey guys, I have a couple question. I appologize if it sounds noobish, I didn't realize there was so much modding going on for DA games until my buddy brought his laptop over and showed me all the awesome stuff he had for DAO and the expansions. (I played all mine on console). Anyway because of that I got DA2 for the pc and am really interested in the modding.
Anyway onto the question: 1) I love the champion rogue weapons. I used a couple mods (remove item restrictions and the one that allows you to get the full champion gear/weapons once you complete the initial opening area) but the rogue weapons are relatively lackluster. Reviewing this thread I realized it would be possible to overlay other better weapons with the rogue look. Is the code for the chapmion rogue weapons: gen_im_wep_rog_dua_iconic?
2) Using the above link I can obviously make them better adding the 'improve with level up' code, but is there a way to add rune-slots to an item? IE: is that just another code we can add? Or are there other codes on other items we can add, for example an item that adds say +22 stamina/mana. Is that a code that can simply be added to another item?
Thanks for any replies.

I'd be interested in this kind of thing too for future playthroughs. Except I'd kind of like it for another mage xD;

If you look at the item_variations.gda file near the bottom of the list you'll see a bunch of "unibody" items which refers to some of the companion armors, which are unfortunatley unibody.
You can edit your Champion armor, however, you can only edit it with other armor pieces from what I understand of the design. Like you could change your champion armor to look like your brothers warden armor if you so choose too. The reason this works, however, is because there are seperate pieces for each item that match with your armor pieces.
This is just speculation, however, as I haven't had much time to play around with these ideas and although some of the variations files are very easy to reference to a companion there could still be a working armor piece for isabelas armor although I have yet to discover it.
It is possible!
1. I found the armor code of Sebastian's armor ARM_VAEL in apr_base.gda
2. Then i found the armor of Sera Isaac (in search folder is Dead Space Armor/Boots/Gloves/Helm)
3. swap lines, i'm swap Armor,gloves & boots

Okay, answered all my questions.
I am stuck at home (bf's car is in the shop so he's using my truck) and don't have much to do so like I assumed above, figured if one code could be added, why not more and started ripping items apart, after only two items this is what I've found, using the method above to add "improves with level":
Adding the following codes gives:
1100 - +1 health (requires POWERS code to scale)
9102 - +1% xp
1205 - +1% damage resist
1006 - +1 all attributes
1102 - +1 attack (requires POWERS code to scale)
3701 - adds level requirement?
9114 - Enemies Drop More Coin
1107 - Increases Armor (requires POWERS code to scale) - IE Rune
1200 - Increases Fire Resistance (requires POWERS code to scale) - IE Rune
1201 - Increases Cold Resistance (requires POWERS code to scale) - IE Rune
2000 - Increases Physical Damage (requires POWERS code to scale) - IE Rune
2002 - Increases Fire Damage (requires POWERS code to scale) - IE Rune
1203 - Increases Nature Resistance (requires POWERS code to scale) - IE Rune
9111 - Enemies Drop Better Equipment
8000 - Adds rune slot(s) (requires POWERS code to work)
- Add code 1073741824 for 2 slots.
- Add code 1077936128 for 3 slots.
- Add code 1082130432 for 4 slots.
A few of these, like the +1 health and +1 attack can be modified, but that gets in way over my head. Under the ITEM_PROPERTIES, where you'd put in these codes is ITEM_PROPERTY_POWERS which has something to do with telling some of these codes to work. So for example, I got the 1102 from Song of Sorrows dagger. When I JUST add that code I get +1 attack on my champion daggers. However if I copy/paste the entire POWERS string into the POWERS for the dagger, it actually turns it into +92 attack. So I'm not sure how it translates that. Does the same thing with some of the others as well. Others are not affected,
I also discovered how to add runes to the daggers! Song of Sorrows has 2 rune slots. I tried every code one at a time. 5 of them did nothing, even with the POWERS string added, 4 of them didn't see to do anything, one however did something awesome.
8000 - adds rune slots. Requires the ITEM_POPERTY_POWERS string to be copied as well for it to work.**
Going to test this on armors as well to see if this will work.
I tried adding a second 8000 code, didn't add more. Tried copying a second POWERS line as well and nada, so not sure if it's hard-capped at 2, or if that 8000/powers string just states 2, and if I can find a weapon with 3 I can up it to 3. Will mess around more and post what I find.
EDIT:**The above is not entirely true. I discovered that each line-item in ITEM_PROPERTIES has a corresponding line-item in ITEM_PROPERTY_POWERS. So with Song of Sorrows, 8000 is the second item down, and the second POWERS line down is 1073741824. So you can just add that one code, make sure it's in the same spot as the 8000 code and it'll add the rune slots. I took an item that already had 1 rune slot, replaced the pre-existing code with the 107 code and it added an additional rune slot. Keep in mind you don't technically need to add rune slots. You can just take the rune code (2002 +fire damage for example) and add it to your item and get around needing the rune slot, you'll just need to copy the POWERS code for it to scale properly.

In your example, G2DA_COLUMN_7 for the Ser Isaac stuff is: hlf_medj
Under the apr_base.gda for Sebastian's armor, G2DA_COLUMN_ 4 is: art\\Characters\\PlayerCharacter\\HumanMale\\ARM_VAEL
So I would take the item_variations.gda I put in my override folder, and copy the entire ARM_VAEL line over the hlf_medj? I don't see gloves, boots, armor listed specifically =/

Not yet. I actually was looking for a couple of items myself =/ If I do find out I'll be sure to post.
Course I'm still trying to figure out what my stupid generic robe is called xD; So I may not be a good source, lol.
EDIT: It SHOULD be enough to go out to the main menu and then load my game, right? Or do I need to exit the game completely after each time I save to see if I found the right item?
EDIT EDIT: Okay, I'm also not doing something right. I decided to try it with the mage iconic armor (which I had from another character save, and could easily identify) and even filling in chest, gloves and boots areas I still had the default champion armor showing up. Is there any way to screenshot exactly what you edited the item_variations lines to look like for that Ser Isaac armor? >.>;
EDIT EDIT EDIT: (lol)
My step by step. Maybe you can find a flaw this way as well.
1). Opened 2da.rim, navigated to the item_variations.gda.
2) "Saved as" item_variations.gda into my override folder under My Documents/Bioware blah blah.
3) Opened that saved version.
4) I edited G2DA_COLUMN_7 from the Special Mage Iconic items for the chest, boots and gloves. I swapped what I found on that line with the code for Isabela in the apr_base.gda file. The whole path I found was art\\characters\\playercharacter\\humanfemale\\bdy_isa. I tried putting in the whole string and also just "bdy_isa" and nothing changed either way.
What did I miss?

But I cannot find the relative textures of the suit.
The model is arm_wrba located in art\\characters\\playercharacter.
I looked for in highrescharacterartfp.erf and artfp.erf but I didn't have any success.
I tried to get any clue with texmod to get the name but this software doesn't work using logging mode. May steam client doesn't allow it to run. I really don't know.
