I purchased and installed this DLC but when I check my registered DLCs this one shows as Unauthorized. My black emporium works perfectly fine as does all the other little promos I have. Any suggestions on why this might be happening?

I dont want to say uninstall the whole game and try again. But make sure all your DLCs are on one account, because if its not, then you're really out of luck. DLC registration is permanent, and there is no way to take off that code and put it on another account. Other then that Im not sure. But I wish u luck though

I only have one EA account and it this one. The DLC shows as registered under this account along with my other promos.

this is for the pc right, have you tried logging into the game yet, not sure if this is helping I think u might need to email or call EA support or something. DLC errors are abit out of my range and most players here I think, and maybe the devs

Yes this is for the PC. I've already beaten the game. I just never knew when Sebastian was supposed to show up and I stopped looking when I got farther into the game. I'm on my second playthrough so I'd like to use him.

oh in that case then i hear ur supposed to not let him take some throne and he supposed to show up in act 2. U get a letter I think. Heres some videos, on getting him I think. Im having the trouble myself. Would of been more simply to just have my join us after then duty quest. Feels like he absent for more then half the game in my opinon, and for a DLC u have to pay for, kinda feels sucky, but I could be wrong

I'm having exactly the same problem. It's installed, but shows up as "Unauthorized" when you look under DLC in the  game. On the website it says I have it. It never triggers in the game. I have only one registered EA account and bought the DLC through Bioware's website.

I suggest contacting EA Customer Service and getting them to reset the Exiled Prince entitlement on your account. Assuming you are in fact logging in the right account I can confirm that the one you are posting under should have access to it.

Same exact problem as Kyanion & Kelliente. Do we have to wait until Act 2 to get Sebastian & The Exiled Prince?

Sebastian can be accessed in Act 1. You should get a scene in front of the chantry. I am assuming you guys downloaded and installed Exile Prince DLC correct?

I'm having the same sort of issue, i've completed the Duty quest, but then he just runs off and i dont get him in my party

He dosent join untill after your back from the deep roads.Hes funny like that.
