I have pretty much turned the game up side down trying to find the shield on the pic

Nope... looks badass though. Lion Shield of Oralis also looks sweet

I found it in a chest during the All That Remains quest in Act 2. Sadly it was inferior to a shield I was already using. In fact, I think the best shields all have pretty ugly skins.

Isn't that Amell Family shield, that you find during the quest to try save your mother? It's in the chest near the wall and the bed where the altar and the portrait is.

It looks like the Amell Family Shield, which you find during the "all that remains" quest.
