Oh my God ,Bioware.Dragon Age 2 is full of violence and blood.10000 enemies to kill.but when it comes down to sex you don t have any  balls.Come on we are not 12 anymore!Dragon age 2 is a mature game and i am a mature girl. I am deeply disappointed over the game,origins was much much better!!
And of course, even in sex..................

The sex was streamlined. No more waiting while you take your clothes off. You bang it out and get back to questing.

This is upsetting.

Every good hollywood movie has a nice love scene. Take desperado for example. Action packed with a killer love scene.

It just goes to show that Bioware doesn't give a **** anymore. So sad.  They've lost their art and passion.

REALLY? There was no such thing in the BG series.

The important thing to do note is that the scenes were in DAO, but they they got stripped out like so many other parts of the game we enjoyed.

It is strange though. The game is an 18 and yet they don't even make sex real by showing naked bodies. I can turn on the tv at 19:00 and see far more flesh in a family show. Very odd.

ADULTS don't need the nudity. Bioware keeps pushing the emotional connection and the actual relationship rather than just the pillow fun.

Just wait for them to release a tool set and you'll get your pixel porn.

But what I can't understand:
If somebody at Bioware had ever visited a page like dragonagenexus they would have known that better sex scenes are expected. The mod "Better sex scenes" on the nexus page is for more than a year now constantly in the top 15 and is in 3rd place of endorsements of all-time after the redesigned DA mod and the Hairstyles pack.

I'm also very interested what a Bioware dev would say according to the "valentines-Pictures" that have been posted and raised wrong expectations concerning the love scenes:

Man... the scenes were awkward and forced at best...

I'd rather the whole idea be dropped from the game. Not the romances, but just the notion that its a race to have sex, and then its over.

we don t need pixel porn but we need more realistic love scenes like the movies out there.
Bioware proved that they can handle it with Mass effect.
But Dragon Age is far behind mass effect in the most things.

But what I can't understand:

At a guess, EA didn't want any bad publicity, so asked Bioware to add the clothes. It would be easy enough to do, even right at the end of development. What I don't get is why it's an M-rated game, with implied ******, but no underwear sex scenes. Though, come to think of it, this lends weight to my theory that EA expected the media to come down on them for the ******, and didn't want any further backlash.

I have enjoyed the relationships in DA:O and DA2 better than ME1&2 because the characters actually seem to have a relationship and love that develops. I could care less how much flesh is shown during the scenes when they consemate their union. I like that Merrill talks to my companions about how she feels about Hawke and how I can actually think of the two of them together. If anything we need more relationship and less awkward "love scenes"

Of course, maybe that's just because I'm in a real relationship and because I have always been a reader (you don't get to see naked bodies in books either).
