I've reached level 7 and have a specialization point and an ability point to spend, but I can only put the specialization point in Force Mage, Spirit Healer and Blood Mage.  If I spend the specialization point in one of these, it doesn't unlock any abilities, each ability says I need a level of 99 to unlock.

As for Primal, Entropy and Spirit, I can't put spcialization point in those schools at all, let alone put ability point into them.

I'm not using any hacks, have the Signature Edition and a few of the DLC's, but everything is by Bioware.  Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a fix?
