Hello. I'm just wondering if anybody could explain to me what the exact criteria are to unlock this achievement.

Do i need one of each resource, as the description suggests, or do i need to max each one out (5/5 deep mushroom, 6/6 lyrium) etc.

I was following a guide, but noticed that i didn't pick up a deep mushroom while on the Wayward Son quest. Will it still be possible for me to unlock it, or will i have to start over?
