Im doing my second playthrough trying to finish up achievments and i noticed my warrior keeps getting random injuries it allways during or right after a battle and i know he didnt get knocked down am i missing something is there another way to get injured? it wouldnt bother me except im going for the unstoppable achievment and i cant get knocked out in order to get it

He might have tripped on a trap. I think some traps give injury's even if they didn't kill/knock out (whatever, lol) the victim.

I got the feeling that some enemies have the ability to injure you, most likely rogues... this kept happening to me as well... I was being injured even though I hadn't fallen in battle, and I am sure it wasn't the result of traps (although those did injure me at other times).

I also have gotten the feeling rogues can injure you.
On another note, sometimes, my Hawke will stand back up after being "killed" without any injury, for some reason I don't quite get...

There are certain traps that injure you just from walking on them (which is made worse by the fact that about half of the traps in the game are bugged and always "on.")
Not sure if enemies can cause wounds, but it's possible. I've received a couple when I was nowhere near a trap, but it's extremely rare.
