 Hello everyone, 

I bought the signature edition, installed it, went to the Downloadable Content menu option and I selected the redeem code option. My browser opened, I entered my signature edition code and got the message as the content should be available.

However it did not appear in my game. I tried to log on to the page with my registered content on this website and the DLCs were nowhere to be found.

I am really baffled. I tried to enter the redemption code again but it wont let me saying that it was already used. 
Anyone have any ideas about what I am missing?

I'm guessing noone helped you with this? I just ran into the exact same problem. The site accepted my sig edition DLC code, told me to check the registered game content page, and there was no sig edition stuff there. I have added other DLC since then (pre-order etc), and that showed up fine.. so the sig edition content has just gotten 'lost' somewhere... extremely frustrating.

It sucks that with bioware, actually getting to play the game is always a mini-game in itself, comprised of a treasure hunt of webpages, codes, accounts, downloads, updates, and all manner of crazy things. Wish I could just play the game with the things that I paid for.. seems like that is too much to ask though.

Just an update, in case someone else stumbles across this.. seems all you can do is contact customer support via the game support link on the Dragon Age 2 website, and they should provide you replacement codes to try.. this fixed it for me. The good news being that, in my case at least, the response time was literally minutes.. very impressive.
