Tell me if I missed anything. Possibly include the Varterral if you feel it should be in there.

What about Hybris? He was brutal until I figured out how to avoid that gravity well attack... :/ Well, that and all the rage demons he kept summoning.

I'm going to go with ... the High Dragon. That was the hardest fight IMO... Harvester was weaksauce, and Meredith... well, I don't really know. There were a LOT of people fighting her, so maybe she would own in single combat. The Rock Wraith was brutal, but it went down to my mage and Varric... I don't think I could have survived the High Dragon with only those 2 alive. It took the whole team to beat her, and Fenris got relegated to using Rally and standing around until the lesser dragons spawned. She took him down in like 3 hits!

Yeah, I'm going with High Dragon.

Edit:  Oh, and I've heard the Arishok is brutal, but I accidentally talked my way out of that fight so I wouldn't know.

Arishok isn't brutal at all. He just keeps using pots so if you're the impatient type, you might get annoyed. Most of his attacks can be avoided as well. So, if you're the mindless button masher that just normally attacks things and hopes to "outdps" the opposition, I imagine this fight could have been considered hard. I love the Arishok, but he's a little fairy compared to everyone else on that list.

I'd probably go with the High Dragon. Technically it could stay out of melee range and just bombard fireballs all day. I don't believe anything else on that list has that type of ranged capability.
