I hope this isn't repetious, if so I apologize.  I am trying to enable the developers console and I have been following the instructions here,  http://dragonage.wik...(Dragon_Age_II), short of editing the xml file. Nothing seems to work.  I didn't have this problem with DAO and I am not sure what I am doing wrong.  Read some other posts and I see others have had the same problem but eventually solved it.  Not sure if its something to do with my computer's settings or what.  I have Win 7 OS if that helps to solve this problem.  Thanks in advance!
