I know during the Act 2 mansion scene is when Hawke and Fenris are first supposed to get together, but no matter what I do Fenris always leaves. I have him at full rivalry, gave him the damn book, paid the slave girl coins, and let him decide what to do during his mission, and he still leaves! Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong, because I'm getting really annoyed.

Did you do Questioning Beliefs and flirt with him? I think you have to have done that to get either of the two kiss scenes at Hawke's house.

Yeah, unless there was some flirt option I missed, but I'm almost positive that I flirted him whenever I could. :/ The only other thing I can think of if it's not a bug is I did flirt with Anders in Act 1, and Isabela a bit in Act 2, but never kissed or had sex with either of them so I didn't think it would affect it. Ugh, why did they make his romance so friggin hard? Anders was extremely easy to romance.

Fenris romance is apparently a bit sensitive. If you flirt with others before getting to a certain point with him, nothing happens.

*sigh* Guess I'll have to save it for another playthrough then....

You know, I was in a full blown romance with Anders when I did Fenris's quest in Act II, and I was at 100% rivalry at the time with him, and never had flirted with him previously... and that part where he starts to walk away, I noticed I had the "Don't go" flirt option... I'm kinda tempted to reload that save and see what happens.

Don't Go is what I had too. If you pick it, he says "I think it's best for both of us if I do," and leaves anyway. I was confused so I looked it up, and if you've done everything correctly for his romance it should say "Is that it?" instead of "Don't go" and that's how you can properly romance him. I think he's the hardest character to romance in the game though, if you haven't done everything just right, you can't get him to stay.

Edit: Don't mind me, I think I misunderstood the question.  Moving on now...

I rivalmanced Fenris with my mage, who also flirted with Anders and slept with Isabela.  If Fenris leaves after you say "don't go", don't worry :)! When he leaves, just go zone out and then return to your house. He's waiting there and the next chain of events takes place. He just needed to go away and blow off more steam.

Oh wow, that worked. Haha, well I feel silly. Maybe you can only get him to stay on a friendship romance then. Thanks so much, I was just about to give up and go for Isabela!

uhm, hey. After i choose the "dont go" option and they woohoo-ed each other...he sort of breaks up with me? is that it? I choose the "but i care for you" option and he still....walks after wooing my character.

That's just Fenris. He's the love-em-and-leave-em type. Ok, not really. But he walks out no matter what. Because of your dialogue choice, the romance is still active. Don't rebound with anyone else, and during Act 3 you'll have the opportunity to get back together. Or go ahead and rebound with Anders. Crazy abominations need love too.
