 I redeemed all my codes ( from signature edition)

When I go to downloadable content in the menu of the game, there is nothing there.

If I click to go where they say  I cant see what can be downloaded, it takes me to a page where I have to buy the exiled prince and the black emporium but Im supposed to have them free.

I went under unlockables under extra icon, and its not working.

WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD AND HOW THE EXILED PRINCE AND THE BLACK EMPORIUM
