 My Dragon Age 2 is unable to connect to Dragon Age 2 servers, a pop-up says, in portuguese, that there is a problem with drive A: . 
Something like this: "The drive is not ready to use. The gate/port may be open. Check drive A: and certify if the disc was inserted and the drive door is closed"

The same message appers again but about drive B:
