So two questions for the forum and it's undeniable genius.

1. Does anyone know how you can activate the dev consol if you have the EA dowload version of teh game? (Not Steam)

2. Does you're Staff of Parlathan uppgrade as you progress in levels like alot of the other stuff you get?
