In the Arrival, Commander Shepard has to rescue an undercover agent that possibly has some evidence for the coming reaper invasion. Playing an important role is the popular Admiral Hackett, whose voice actor is Lance Henriksen.

What Casey said is, that this DLC should show us how imminent the arrival of the reapers and their reaping is.

You have to change the site language option to German

Hopefully he's a main character in Mass effect 3 also. Imagine, Lance Henriksen as Admiral Hackett and Martin Sheen as TIM. 

Oh, God. Imagine if they gave you the choice to go with TIM and Cerberus or The Alliance and Hackett. Would be epic.
