They're under EA. That is to say, if EA is showing up, then that means BioWare will.

those are all actually export bugs in Mass Effect 1, not import bugs for Mass Effect 2. They'd have to patch ME1 to fix those problems. Which isn't going to happen, because they're busy with Arrival and ME3.

Actually, they're not all that way. Only one of them is. But they could have some kind of fix for it anyway.

I squee'd like a fangirl... luckely I was home alone...

now I know how ME3 will start... this Ultimate Sacrifice is one of the achievements you can't not get... it's a completion achievement... where you will be left behind to fight of wave after wave after wave while you send one of the squaddies you brought with you back to the normandy with the info and tell em to GTFO to warn the Alliance / Cerberus / Council... the two of you (remaining) will be fighting wave after wave, of tougher enemies... in the end you will be defeated, and taken prisoner by whoever you're fighting... ME3 will start with an escape/rescue/something rather...!
