Granted, most of the ones listed here I did not encounter in my playthrough, mostly due to not using the characters in question, I'm surprised not to have seen my favourite mentioned.

Aveline to Isabella:
"We both put people above ourselves... only I do it clothed."

It's not that it's laugh out loud funyy, but it's just such an incredibly good comeback and snappy response, that had me literally clapping my hands a bit.

The stuff Hawke says in his house in Act II are pretty hilarious, especially the stuff concerning "Oh look, ANOTHER copy of Anders' manifesto" and the graffiti and books Isabella left in his house. There was one about a crest and how Isabella told him to look at it sideways and cover something, before he groans and says "I can't unsee that!"

Did you know, if you have another party member controlled and "talk" Hawke, he has his own lines, determined by stance you use the most? Such as:

Compassionate Hawke
"When in doubt, run away, and let me handle it."

And

Sarcastic Hawke
"What earth-shattering matter requires my attention this time?"
"Where are we going? How should I know? Do I look like the leader of this merry band of misfits?"

I'm going to butcher this, but it's something Varric mentions in Kirkwall (can't even remember where). He says something is a sign of the times. A sign that reads "well, sh*t."

Witty/Charming Hawke ranting about the Wounded Coast, I wish I could remember it all. "Is that near Head Trauma Cliffs?"

In Act II, everything in the house. "I could have just left the amulet in there and forgotten all about. What would the witch have done then?"

Pretty much everything that comes out of Varric's mouth is comedy gold. My favorites are anytime he and Aveline are discussing "Hard in Hightown," and when Fenris floors Varric:
Varric: What do you do in that house alone all day?
Fenris: I dance.
Varric: What?
Fenris: I run from room to room, choreographing routines.
Fenris' deadpan gets me, but the way Varric says "What?" just kills me.

Varric: Why would anyone go to a place called Blackmarsh on purpose? Now if they called it Beermarsh...No, still doesn't work.
Anders: You've got a point. The Marsh part does cancel out anything else. Flowermarsh, Kittenmarsh? Nope, no good.

I never got that one!  I'll be doing another playthrough as a warrior and will have Merrill with me more often so hopefully I'll get it.

My three favorites:

Aveline: I like you Merrill... but you're stupid.
Merrill: I'm sorry?
Aveline: Don't you think it would be better to work towards the futurue, instead of trying to recapture past glories?
Merrill: No, that's pretty much the opposite of what I have been saying.  And I'm the stupid one?

When Varric says how he has to bribe the high town gardeners, because Merrill keeps picking other people's flowers.

When Merrill can't figure out why Isabela has to give her crew "alone time" so they wont always be fighting.

i can't remember it exactly, but its on the coast and the sarcastic response is something along the lines of "well, this mountain is rather rocky today isn't it..."

i was laughing for awhile... infact i loved a lot of the sarcastic responses... mainly because i'm like that irl!
