Tactics and CCC; once you start using them properly, nightmare becomes much more manageable. Anyone else had this experience?

Using tactics correctly, and especially CCC, once I got the hand of it is both rewarding and effective; anyone else had problems in the beginning but improved with their use?

I took some time to setup good tactics and when they work it's awesome. Unfortunately they seem very slow to use the tactics and sometimes they just ignore them. I've never really had need to control anything but then again I play a 2H warrior... we are kinda known for just obliterating everything in a room in a few seconds(even on nightmare).
