Or a full blown expansion. It would be pretty neat to have enough time to poke around and see how the results of some of your choices are playing out. It would be fun.

Dear BioWare,

Do you remember that neat Superman homage you easter egged into DAO? You know the one with Marta, Jon, the meteor baby and ore (which eventually becomes Starfang via Warden's Keep)? Well technically that encounter can happen to the ENTIRE player base of DAO because it pops even if you haven't bought the Warden's Keep DLC. What I'm saying is that you guys could make the event canon.

Dragon Age could have a cool "Starfang Child" running around somewhere. I'm not saying I want tights, X-Ray Vision, and flight in DLC or DA3. I am saying I think there is neat potential here for Dragon Age to get a demi-god PC or companion or enemy etc. Herculean myth shows that Hercules was very powerful, but beatable and mortal. He even started out raw, untrained etc. That could something to build from. And who's to say that the Starfang Child has to be a warrior? Maybe the child is a rogue or mage? It's unwritten, the baby could be anything. Speaking of babies...

Perhaps Starfang Child vs Old God Baby?! ;)

Just being silly now, but seriously I think there is a whole spoonful of awesome waiting to be expanded on due to that easter egg. Think about it.

I'd like the first DLC to continue where DA2 "ended". I want an explanation to why everyone in Kirkwall was a complete moron. I want new and completely unique locations, challenging combat without waves of enemies, choices that mean something, dialogue options that mean something, customization and lots of gameplay. And I want it to be free, because I payed for a game that wasn't finished.

i actually like the writing in the game and trust bioware to create an enjoyable story in whatever dlc they come up with. that being said i dont think its asking too much to create a new environment. i want somewhere new to go. and by new i mean totally new. not some cave 50 miles away that for some strange reason feels an awful lot like the bone pit.

new new new. that and the fact that kirkwall was kind of a ghost town were easily the most forgettable moments of playing the game for me. heres hoping we never see reused environments in any game ever again.

A shop where I can buy bow strings. Sebastian keeps complaining that I give him bows without strings!

Dragon Age 2 DLC

- A real expansion, focused on "Act 2" content for our Hawke.

- Conversation pack(s) with companions, perhaps with a focus on romance(s). A few minor and a major mission to go along with the conversation pack(s). I want to get to know these characters better, and expand on the romantic element of the game. Maybe a date goes belly up?

I don't know how large it is practical to make these packs so you might have one pack or you might have several depending on what you want to focus on, all companions only certain companions or only love interests as examples.

- Mini-adventures between chapters: first year services, after returning to Kirkwall, and after becoming the champion.

I'd like an adventure or two that depicts the difficulties of being poor and new to the city. Dodging Templars/Guards and or having to deal with Gamlen's always being in debt. What do you and, perhaps, your sibling have to do to not have yourselves, your mother, and uncle thrown out into the streets of darktown? Will your Hawke take one for the home team? Explore the dark underbelly of the city when you are lower on the totem pole.

Perhaps a few new (minor) npcs/followers could be used, introduced who could be used to expand further mini-adventures and have a minor impact on the main game. Example: Make a friend/casual lover out of an npc, who then turns up in the Hanged Man. The npc would have a handful of one liners and act as a neutral ally in any battles that take place in the Hanged Man.

Momma Hawke sets her little darling up on some dates! Awkward social gatherings as a high brow noble type. Scandalize some, intrigue others... 8)

Expand business operations for a wealthier Hawke.

Be a patron of the arts or religion.

Develop a few social circles that vie for the interest of the Champion, have a few missions involved with them that counter one another, some are more Templar oriented, some more mage, others Chantry, others economic. Do any of these groups have social agendas for the city that could impact the player's decisions, aside from the Mage/Templar divide? One group or another more salacious then the others, while one would look to shut down the Blooming Rose?

Spend more money on interesting alterations, additions, to your home.

More and involved (even a mini-adventure from) spending money on extravagant entertainment(s).

- Mini-adventures involving companions (Avoiding spoilers), Isabela's escape; Isabela pirate adventure; helping Sebastian retake his own; deal with Merrill her item; Varric finds true love(!?!); visit siblings; Anders has a plan and it is messed up and or Justice; Fenris has extended family still in slavery and wants to save them; Aveline is faced with a threat/issue that she and the guards are ill prepared to deal with, she needs help being bailed out...infiltration of an organization...espionage, etc..

- Minor missions (Chantry Board) and ambient dialogues and activities pack. This would not be very heavy on experience or loot (monies and weapons and armor) but heavy on activities that make the city and surrounding areas of Kirkwall interesting, alive. (As I understand it, Bioware can look at what people are doing in their games to get an idea of what kinds of general goofing off/fun activities people are doing, so just expand from there.)

- There are tons of lore based content from the game that could be off-shoots for mini-adventures but I prefer companion/npc oriented adventures. If some conversations could be added into some exploration mini-adventures, even if you have to use a camp, then that would be okay.

Note: New locations/environments a plus, fewer zerg attacks, would also be welcome, some focus on getting to know npcs/interacting with them, but this is getting a little off course.

I love your ideas     =)    fun and adventure! Especially the one about mom setting up dates. Ever since the wonderful q for a certain girl from the guards  ( keeping it non-spiler )   I would have like to see how Hawke would handle it. Ok... that would just be a small thing on the side. But fun   =)

I'd like to see no DLC for this game. I'd rather see an expansion.

What would I like to see in the next dlc?

~ An expansion like Dragon Age : Awakening. The theme being "what is Hawke's role now?"
~ Ketojan. This cancelled companion needs to be revived! I want to see his story, really.
~ DLC which unveils some foresight of the mage-chantry war, qunari plans, Flemeth, Morrigan.
~ DLC which shows the current happenings of the deep roads - disciples, harvesters, profane, dwarves.

Any one of the above would be fine.

I'd rather see Bioware devote time and resources toward an expansion rather than have it wasted on ******-poor DLC that adds...what, some quick quests or cheap weapons and armor? I wanna see an expansion that adds new content and mechanics to the game. Maybe visit Starkhaven or other regions in the Free Marches? Maybe tell what happens after Hawke and Co. overcome the ordeal at the end of the game?

I hope this isn't perceived as unconstructive, but I would much prefer a full length expansion. The story ended when it was really starting to get interesting - run with it.

A patch to manage companions armor.

Anything else I think I'll skip

A different part of Kirkwall or a new cave with much more varied enemies, first the melee backed by archers then the ninja guys jump down off the ..... where ever then come from, followed by mages of all sorts casting varied spells backed by more archers and then a bunch of assassins appear or re-appear. Eventually a different type of cut scene with a decision wheel full of choices that hold the fate of the known territories to a single click.

If that is a little to familiar then a new out fit for the dog. 680 pts should cover it.

I think i'd like to see more Origins plots' intertwined and followed on in the next expansion / DLC. Also wouldn't mind gaining more info on Malcolm Hawke, see if he has any neat adventures

I'd like to see more specialisations too, even if it's just 1 more like origins. Playing a 'paragon' char for my mage, I picked force mage but because I never like to heal, My next spec wasn't an interesting choice for me because I couldn't pick blood mage :\\.

I would love DLC(or an expansion) that continued from where it ended, honestly. It would kind of suck if it was stuff added into the middle of the main game, so that you'd have to do a new campaign to see it(I am very attached to my Hawkes!). I really want to be able to continue with Hawke.
A few things that would be nice to see:
*Starkhaven, and Sebastian stuff. At the end it seems like he plans on going back no matter what. Continuation of his romance and maybe talk him down from his temper tantrum that happens at the end.
*Obviously everyone doesn't leave Hawke's side right away at the end, so there is plenty more opportunities for companion adventures! I really want this, as my favorite part of Dragon Age games are the companions. I'd say even maybe a shorter DLC akin to Leliana's Song for Varric telling how Bianca got her name. Continuing and expanding upon the romances also.
*New areas! I want to explore more of the Free Marches.
I guess I really would just love a complete expansion. I just feel so attached to the DA2 characters and feel that their stories aren't done. I just loved them all so much. ; ;

My 2 coppers.

I want the DLC to begin, where the main game ended. I do not want DLC about what happened during the time skips. At this point in time I have dead family members, maybe a love interest, possibly some dead ex-friends, I am level 20ish, I have some nice weapons and armor and trinkets. I've found a nice set of skills or spell that I like.

I do not want to be drawn back in time, have a DLC likely give me a default level and default equipment for that time skip 5 years ago. It is just too problematic and it treads water, takes the story backwards or sideways, but not forward.

Not to mention the original game I assume covers a good bit of the interesting things. I'm not sure I want the filler stuff that Varric couldn't even embellish enough to make interesting:)

Please move the story forward with every bit of DLC.

I don't want DLC, I want Bioware to focus on DA3 from the get go. This game was such a let down I'd rather they just move on to something else and make the next installement a proper title worthy of the DA name.

So long as it includes Athenril or Merrill it could be a DLC content pack that includes pretty pink ponies frolicking through a meadow of daffodils for all I care.

I want interactivity; the ability to change what happens with characters and Kirkwall. What's the point of spending the whole game in a city and hanging out with a small group of people if nothing you do will ever change anything? And I don't want it for some small, 2 hour DLC, I want it for the body of the main game. But we'll never get that.

Basically there isn't anything you could do to DA2 that would warrant me spending another 20ish hours playing it through again. It just isn't a very good game...

Much sooner play through Origins again (4th playthrough that would be) than touch DA2 again...shame...
