If we do have Epilogue DLC, I would assume that it would star Varric instead of Hawke, given how DA2 played out.
I doubt that. DA2 centres around Hawke. An epilogue will give us insight into where Hawke is and what he is doing.
I'll bet Cassandra is going to show up in the last DLC (not the narrative, but in the actual gameplay).

That would be awesome if she did.

What do I want?
ACT 4 - The Flight from Kirkwall
After the events of the Act 3 Hawke and co flee from Kirkwall to Starkhaven chased my whom ever s/he pissed off at the end. There could be a couple of stops on the way, and maybe a 'short cut' through The Deep Roads (and a chance to meet Grey Wardens looking into that important thing they didn't talk about in the end of Act 2). While in Starkhaven they can get caught up in the Civil war there (regardless of wether or not exiled prince was bought). All the while party members can drop out, (e.g. Varric gets captured by the Seekers, Avaline becomes a Guardsman in Starhaven etc) leaving just Hawke and LI.
Failing that either something like Exiled Prince (DLC that adds a continuous story through Acts 1-3), an enhanced edition (even if it is set dressing on caves so they look different even if the maps are the same like the underground passage in Repentance), or more dwarves.
Idealy what ever it is, just make it something substantial, at least 15-20 hours not the 2-3hr or less.

I think what we all want is an actual Act IV. Legacy was enlightening, Tallis was cool, but goddammit I want to see some actual story. I want to see what happens after **** hits the fan, what being a viscount is like, where Hawke goes when it's all said and done, what happens to Kirkwall in the aftermath of civil war... All of that.
This is what I'd like to see as well. A lot.
As interesting as both of these little "asides" have been (and they've been great), as much as I loved Legacy and Mark of the Assassin, I desperately want a full expansion that takes place after Act III. At this point, I'm not even particularly picky on what this would involve. Hawke and Co. go to Starkhaven and have to deal with a possible situation there? Fine by me! Hawke and the Scoobies travel to Tevinter to take a breather and wackiness ensues? Sure, why not! Hawke and his/her merry band travel to Orlais and take up the revolution in earnest? Awesome!
The only thing that's important to me, personally, is that the DLC be equal in quality to the last two (did I mention that they were great yet? I did?), and that we get to keep most of our companions.
Pretty excited to see what's coming next.

Actually, Cassandra walking out with female hawke with one hand on her hips (Or male Hawke with his arms crossed) with a sly smile, that is such an awesome image for me.
That said, I would love to see some more content relating to the Templars vs Mage conflict, either a "Missing Link" DLC similar to Deus Ex: Human Revolution that could better flesh out Act 3, or some Post Epilogue Content, detailing another Kirkwall conflict that could apply to either the Viscount (Hawke) of Kirkwall, or exiled Hawke.
A basic plot idea would be that Exiled-Hawke would be using guerilla tactics against the Kirkwall Templars, while Viscount Hawke would be dealing with dissenters that would have normally been lead by the Exiled-Hawke.

Another fun thing might be for one of the Mass Effect aliens to get caught in some sort of time warp and end up in the DA world. Hey, Rick Berman got away with this sort of thing for years...

DLC/ Expansion with the start based on who your love interest is. If isabela, then both of you are sailing off on an adventure. Merril, on the fun from the templars because of her blood magic. Fenris, Travelling back to tevinter. etc, etc. Then have them all intersect much later with a core story revolving around another location in the Free Marches, finally end it uniquely based on who your love interest is and work that into the beginning of DA3 (starting quest, starting location or anything). Obviously this would be huge if it was just a DLC, so probably a better shout would be for a expansion, as there would be a seperate beginning and ending for each romance, but this game is supposed to be about choices and their impacts, so Bioware should reward different choices throughout the game.
I think Bioware should step it up in the DLC/ expansion and create one worthy of this franchise, Lair of the Shadow Broker would be a good benchmark in terms of depth for a DLC.
Also include a "patch" which allows you to choose between Carver and Bethany at the beginning of the game, regardless of your class. Even if it's just the both of them standing infront of the orge and your decide which one attacks said ogre and gets killed. - I would buy any DLC just for this patch.
Off topic but a cool way to start DA3 (if continuing the story arc with Hawke) or an expansion. Have Varric sitting in the chair, just finishing telling Cassandra the story. After Cassandra has left, Varric says "So what did you think", and Hawke steps out of the darkness behind him and you get your first dialouge option...... Oh Ya
That Is a fantastically great idea!

Another option would be to do an Act 1.5 or 2.5 and simply insert a plot into the as-of-yet unwritten years, letting you play out what really happened at that time. I just finished the Deus Ex DLC which basically was the same thing, and it worked out quite well in terms of consistency.
Also, I will admit it - I'm a big fan of the various companions' and minor characters own stories. How about a DLC where you play as Isabela and her motley pirate crew stealing you-know-what from the you-know-who, for example?
A seafaring, swashbuckling adventure, Rivaini-style.
Other ideas that would spring to mind would be DLCs that not only provide a fun gameplay but also serve to further establish the background, particularly concerning the different races, cultures and organizations. Like ... a Templar quest or something.

"But in order to do this hawke you are going to need help, by someone who has survived against all odds and who is famous by all accounts"
"who?"
"The one who charged head on against the darkness and defeated it"
"The Hero Of ferelden!"
"Yes, you´re going to need his help, as he need yours, You are both men of honor and both of you are the only one who can stop this problem and the dark times that is to come"

IF it is going to be another dlc i perhaps want to see it as a bridge to DA3 so perhaps in the ending of dlc a conversation with hake will be like this.

So bring on the post campaign DLC!
I would also be ok if the made an exspansion pack to finish Hawke story. If Leagacy and MotA are any sign then an exspansion made actually be good.

All party members able to get custom armor I choose to put on them.
More combat like Legacy or w/e the dlc was before F.D's dlc... (I dont like her so I didnt get it. Bad choice on dlc Bioware! )
More Banter, more blood, more story, new areas or re-imagined one's from DAO, better story telling.
*Spoilers if you havent played the game...somehow...*
DA2 story was fail all over the place! Where was David Gaider?! I mean the ending was 3rd grade material. The head man randomly does BM and you have to fight him even when you choose mages?! You have to fight both him and merideth?! What was the point of choosing a side?! Why did every mage choose blood magic without fail desite nothing warranting it? Why did no one say anything about me as a mage running around when templars were hunting me and then you ask me to help you when Im a mage to hunt other mages?! Why did I have no choices in the game? I couldnt fight 2 guards to save my sister from capture when we fought armies before that point?! I cant kill the person I know is shady when it ask if I want to fight them? I still have to sit there and listen to them? There were too many plot holes to count... I want dlc that takes away the holes from my game and adds to the story...
More areas More areas More areas More areas More areas More areas

This.
Also we would like to see dlc that expands a few party members stories.
And perhaps something to do with the witch of the wild.
