I'm sure there will be a DLC taking place in the three years between the end of the game and Varric talking to the Seeker.

I just hope they aren't ridiculously short like the Sebastian DLC.  Glad I got that for free from the SE... what a ripoff that would have been to pay for.

I'd like to see some alternate appearance dlc for companions, like they did for Mass Effect 2. Other than that, I really, really hope they will not create more small, standalone modules like they did in Origins, but actually add some stuff that will be accessible from the DA2 campaign itself: a huge dungeon with completely new looks, extra quests and armor sets/items, that sort of stuff.

Something character driven. We're missing three years of the ten year story we were told about, and I'd very much like to see what remains - what my Hawke has been doing. And if your LI stayed with you, they really should be there.

And yes, areas that aren't so... familiar.

Sibling related adventures would be very much appreciated. That's probably what I would want the most, and would be the most willing to buy.

And of course any DLC that provides more closure with the ending.

Do not care what sort of DLC but I hope and pray that any DA2 DLC will be as good as ME2 Lair of The Shadow Broker DLC. DAO DLC has been truly disappointing - to say the very least.

Agreed, though I have to say, Shale was an awesome companion. Her talk with Sten about humans and monkeys was so awesome and her dialogue as well. Stone prisoner was definitely worth its money.

As for a DLC, I'd really like a plot DLC, or better bring back Shale!

Give me a new mage companion so I can actually get someone that isn't Anders to heal my non-mage Hawkes.

Love to see Tantervale or Starkhaven. Not quite which is the other one with a Circle of Magi in it as there is only two in the Free Marches but it leaves me wondering if the Templars there are as brutal as Meredith's.

I would love dlc packs for the following:

1. Anders on a quest to get rid of Justice
2. Sebastian taking back his lands in Starkhaven
3. Pirate ship adventure with Isabela
4. Anything having to do with Alistair

I would add that I would hope with any pack they release that it includes the following:
1. NEW locations, no recycled maps or rehashed places we've been-there-done-that a zillion times like Deep Roads.
2. More conversation with the companions!!!

Yeah, I would like DLC regarding compaions or a plot expansion. If items were really wanted they could be included as rewards for quests or something.

This probably sounds stupid, but I would like to see more "things" from Origins. Even references. For example you could see the Warden, you know, the HERO of ferelden, in a painting somewhere? Or by a glimpse (if he/she survived)? Referenced in depth by a scholar? I would actually gladly pay for a DLC that ties Origins more to this game.

But that's just me.

I could definitely do with anything that allows me to keep playing as my Hawke rather than having to play as a new character (i.e. Darkspawn Chronicles, Leliana's Song). Maybe some DLC that expands Kirkwall, or even exploring outer regions of the Free Marches. Down the line I'd hope for an expansion in which we figure out what happens after Dragon Age 2.

Well of course I'd like to see more about the characters of Origins, especially Morrigan, since I was told to never ever try Which hunt.

Then I'd like an expansion to see what's up with Hawke and my loved one. Maybe see a bit of what is happening after DA2, since I'm craving to see what happen after.

DLC on DA2 characters would be nice. (Fenris as a slave, Isabella as a pirate etc.)

My usual impulse is to give Bioware money for pretty much everything they send out the door. But I'm going to try and avoid buying any DA2 DLC. I would probably only get it if it has relevance the Origins story.

Witch hunt is a worthwhile investment in my opinion. Why were you told not to try it ?

I was just thinking about this today after finishing my first playthrough. I would seriously be willing to pay for DLC that added more companion interaction, especially with the LIs.

By the way, is it how difficult coding-wise (is that a word?) to implement stuff from the origins savefile to DA2?

An icon pack for items and some outfit choices? XD  Not far enough in DA2 to think of storyline DLCs.

I'd like for some FREE armor, I'm out of MicroPoints...I'd also like to see a Fenris quest, and maybe one about Isabella. I do NOT want anything plot related. Save that for DA3. New locations would be nice. Maybe something in Tevinter? Idk.

Short, boring characters, little to no presence from Morrigan, boring story etc.
And every review I saw was really really poor (like 5/10)
With all that bad feedback I thought I'd stay away from it. Even though I really liked Morrigan.

1.An expansion pack where your romance actually still exist, not some reference or dlc where the companions are mute (Overlord for ME2 or Shadow Broker ((even though they were awesome))).

also i would rather not play the game all again so it makes sense to get Cailan's armor :P

edit: might i mention the colector's guide HINTS at Morigan leaving and how Hawke and The Hero of Ferelden are maybe similar because they both dissapeared and might be connected

also at year six in certain carry overs, King alister mentions that the hero of ferelden arriving in denirim

Yeah, being able to continue or preserve you're previous love interest rather than going after someone else could be an interesting concept to pursue.

There's a eurogamer interview that asked why Origins events weren't too prominent in DA2. The answer was they were afraid implementing large changes to the story based on a previous games decisions might alienate newcomers to the franchise and using ME2's cameos felt too "shoehorned in", so they didn't.

Not the most pleasing of revelations.

I understand that, at the same time, wouldn't it feel unreleaistic that EVERYONE in origins showed up in kirkwall?
