Expansion of the last 3 years. Varric could be in a pub somewhere telling his tale's to a bunch of 'drunks' about what happen to Hawke and co after the big fight and where the other players went off too.

In the end we find out the drunks are Grey Warden also looking for Hawke.

My DLC/expansion wishes:

1) I'd like to know what is underneath Kirkwall!!! I can say no more because this is a non-spoiler forum.
2) Something about the political situation in the Free Marches after what happens in Kirkwall... going to Starkhaven, other cities/towns in the Free Marches.
3) A full-fledged expansion pack that moves the story of the Champion of Kirkwall forward.
4) Another companion... female, not rogue. Either mage or warrior... romancable.

I don't want to see:

1) items.
2) stand alone, back story with no baring on the main story.
3) DLC that would depend upon having other DLC.

Yeah, we've had enough items to last a while. And traveling outside Kirkwall would be fun.

New locations.... and by new locations I mean actual new locations! None of that redressed origins map crap we had for Witch Hunt and Amgarrak. The enviroments of Kirkwall are too repetitive as it is, it really wouldn't stand up at all to try that here.

I would love to see DLC or expansions focus on some adventures to do with companions, one of the things I disliked with DA:O DLC was you never really got to team up with any of your former companions , it was either all new ones or playing one of them but with no real link to any of the other content.

Although maybe in DA:2 DLC having an expansion where you play one of your companions may be fun too, even more so if you could meet up with some of the others and get to interact from that characters viewpoint with them.

I wish that whatever dlc is released, it also helps improve the main game, for example if you create some new dungeons for a dlc quests, you could take those models and include them in a patch for everyone so the new dungeon is used for places in the main game, thus improving the game as whole while you create dlc. Obviously the importance of the dlc is not about the fix, but i think this game needs a bit of polishing and i think dlc could help do it, instead of being simply stand alone adventures that leave the rest of the game as it is.

If anyone from BioWare reads this, is it possible through DLC to make it so we can equip our party with armor? I'd pay for that and imo would make the game almost as good as Origins, since the lack of that is my major gripe with the game.

Also, I'd pay $1-2 for Ser Issac's armor.

I'd like DLC along the lines of LOTSB, Shale, Ostagar, Pinnacle Station, etc...

I like dlc that fits into the main game, uses the game's character and makes my playthroughs longer. Maybe adding some new areas and a new character. Whilst all the Origins DLC was fun, I don't really want DLC that isn't part of the main game where you have to select it as a seperate item from the main menu. To be honest though, any DLC that expands the relationships would be very welcome.

We don't need item based DLC - we've gotten enough stuff like that already, especially with Legends having unlockables too. I don't want anything like Leliana's Song. Whilst it was a nice piece to play through as a character I really like and get some extra achievements...I didn't like that it didn't involve my warden. I'd like all DLC to involve Hawke.

There are many things to choose from I think.
From any adventures with old and new compagnions, to some really cool stuff like riding a dragon to things with new armor for party members or even play as one of your compagnions in a forgotten chapter of their lives.

The thing I would want?
Playing as a Qunari, and not just any one, but a rogue Qunari mage. :o

Like I said, let your fantasy roll and there are bound to be some fun DLC's to be made.
The one thing it might require is time and patience. I don't want another Witch Hunt. ;(

I'd like to see more DLC companions who are fully integrated into the story like Sebastian was; Love him or hate him, I honestly can't picture what the game would be like without his presence. I think it's the best job Bioware has done on a DLC companion to date.

I'd like to see what happens when Cassandra catches up with Hawke and have a real expansion for a lackluster game that redeems the title like Hordes of the Underdark.

I would love to see more adventures with our companions after the ..certain events in Kirkwall. Also, more LI interraction would be much appreciated.  And please please please - new maps to explore. I really liked DA2, but by the end of the game I knew every cave's turn by heart. <_<

Qunari-focused DLC or even better, an expansion. I loved arishok and the entire 2nd act of the game.

definatly anouther DLC companion, female and a warrior.... your pretty much have to have Aveline so a choice of what tank would be nice, But honestly.... anything with new oponants to fight.... there was more variety in what I was killing more frequently in Origins and Awakening, this its constantly thugs or constantly undead.... with a bit of giant spirders and dragons mixed in but rarly...

id really love to see shale brought back, or another stone golem of some kind. shale was my personal favorite character in origins, and i loved the crystal upgrade system, giving lightening damage , fire damage etc.

Amen to that! The Arishok was the best character in game IMO.

Not sure if this was mentioned. But after working on my fourth play-through, I would love to see an Escape from Ostagar DLC. As a rogue and warrior you have to fight your way to Carver and back to Lothering to rescue your family...help neighbors. If you are a mage you have to find Carver and bring him back. This was something I had hoped would have been in the game already to help build a bond with your family.

Also something that would add to the already anemic companion conversations/interactions in the game.

Something that covers the three years between the end of act 3 and Varric's interview.
Something that involves expanding the LI interaction.

A proper expansion that continues the story of Hawke and his remaining companions. The expansion can also give us a glimpse of the world and its current state. The ending of Dragon Age 2 delivered more questions than answers and a resolution to some of those questions would be nice. I do not want complete closure, but just enough to say that Hawke's story is finished.

If there is DLC I'm kind of hoping that it doesn't take place after DA2's main story. At least not featuring Hawke if it does. I mostly don't want the end of DA2 cheapened like Awakening slightly did to Origins. I mean if there is an expansion that takes place after I want it to either not feature Hawke or if it does, to actually legitimatly feature his/her love interest and the previous party...

Just like how I kind of how DA3 features Hawke and his LI and party from DA2...

Call me silly if you really want to.

I'm also for what other people said. Expanding LI interaction and such. I really just like all the relations I had with the party in DA2 and I don't want to be forced into using a whole other band.

I wouldn't buy it. I felt disappointed, and other DLC after the main plot of the adventure, were not worth really to play (a part from Awakenings)

All DLC should be in new locations and continue the story after the end of the main game. Perhaps DLC is a good avenue to explore deeper cameos from origins characters as well.
