Is anyone else having issues with getting upgrades from merchants or quests that do not show up on your companions?
I just picked up Aveline's flex chain upgrade, and it's not on her.
I've bought at least three companion upgrades that are not showing on other characters.

Their armour will not change in appearance with the upgrades. When you are on the armour tab for your companion, and "Inspect" their armour you will see the upgrades have been applied.
On the left side of the screen it shows a long, rectangular picture of their armour in place of where the chest piece, etc is on YOUR character. Underneath this picture are 4 rectangular empty boxes. Each armour upgrade you get for that companion will fill in one of those boxes. Not all upgrades can be found in stores - I believe it's 2 upgrades for each companion that can be bought and the others are found in companion quests.
