Just wanted to report that the equipment info on the character page doesn't update as it seems.

The portrait, character pictures, and achievements update just fine.

It's the icons and names of armor and other equipment that are stuck and don't reflect what the char is really using and wearing in the character picture.


Is this happening to others, as well?

I'm playing on PC, Signature Edition, German version.


PS: Also, the Antivan Garotte doesn't show up under unlocks for that character profile although in the game everything is fine. Might be on purpose, don't know.

Yeah, I have the same problem.

Achievements - ok.
Level and XP - ok.

Main stats - seems to be ok.
Skilltrees - seems to be ok.

Character Equipment (everything that can be equipped) - not updating correctly!

I can't figure out how to find where my achievements are listed on the Social website... Can someone help?

My Games -> Dragon Age II PC. Theres hould be 3 options - Characters / Achievements / Unlocks
If you don't have this, then:
Profile -> Full Profile. Then click on the Games tab. There should be Dragon Age II listed with the option to "Activate Online Profiles". After this, you should be able to open the above menu through My Games.

Confirmed. Equipment is not updating properly. Seems like armor options don't update for me, although rings, amulet, and weapons are OK.

You're lucky, I completed the game and activated my account, it took my oldest save to update from and has refused to update since (it's been 2 days). The avatar, achievements, level, xp, skill trees, stats and equipment don't update at all.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have signature edition, UK.

Yeah it seems like equip updated only the first time the profile activated. Level, stats, achievements, talents all seem to be updating properly. But it thinks I'm still wearing the Thinking Cap at level 22

Mine only updated once. When I set the Activate Online Profile.

I've deleted 3 of the characters that still appear on the list, my main is not lvl 18 - she's 21 and I have 2 other high levels that don't even show up.  Also, the talent trees are all messed up with talents from before her respecc and after. She's still listed as a Blood Mage from before I respecced at level 8.

I've tried playing offline and then logging after a while to see if that might trigger an update, I tried selecting Activate Online Profile again while connected to my BSN account, nothing works.

I wouldn't mind that much for the achievements but the fact that I can't choose the portraits of some of my prettier characters or have my characters' stats displayed bugs me. Pretty much defeats the purpose of an online profile if you've got nothing to shiow for it.

I found a workaround for this issue, though it's a bit of a pain.
Everything other than the equipment updates properly.

1) Load your save, remove all equipment, armor, weapons and save.
2) Wait for the BSN to update, it does actually update to show that you have nothing equipped.
3) Then re-equip all your items, save again and the BSN will be updated and show your correct items.

Thanks for the workaround! Forgot to thank you in your thread.

I'll try that when I continue playing. Currently I'm postponing my playthrough because of the story import bugs (and others), so I don't know when that will be, yet.

The workaround doesn't work for me, maybe I need to fully patch up my game (I thought I did but I'm not sure). My profile doesn't update at all even if I take off all my armour and save.

Worked for me, but I also changed in the option screen for account settings, that "nothing should update" ... than saved and changed back to the game , put everything on, have gone back to the option screen and allowed everything to update ...

but I played around with all that settings and saving and so on ,,,

and it worked (apart for the icon for the warplatem ) ,,,

... think you have to try different things until one works for you !

I think they should have included a button in the option screen AND WHEN YOU PRESS IT , the data should update ... no autoupdate and such not working stuff

Yup, same here aswell. Armor doesn't update, weapons and items are ok (as are skills, achievements and unlocks). The character picture has the current armor though. Extremely minor issue though...
