I have encountered these issues on DX9 after 6 hours of gameplay. I will not even bring up DX11.
I was very excited for this game. When I play I have to stop every hour or so because of major frustration.

Yeah, it would be pretty handy to have your loot chest somewhere near a "Gather Your Party" horn thing... As it is the most convenient way of handing out items to everyone is to go home, grab all or as much of your stash as possible and then go to the hanged man to distribute, upgrade, whatever. Then go back home and stash it all... fewer "Loading" screens is always a plush.
Inability to assign tactics for drinking mana/health pots would be nice. Any time I set them, the next time I look the actions have been cleared OR they've been corrupted so that if Anders is <25% of his mana, he instead drinks a health pot.
Handy that.
And can someone tell me why Sabastian is the only NPC who DOESN'T have an Attack option within the tactics? Is that on purpose?
That's really kind of annoying.

1. Potions icons doesn't allways show in tactics.
2. I have had crashes, but only like ones every 20 hour of gameplay.
3. Sometimes unable to select target at all, need to jump between companions to fix it.
4. Sometimes movement command in combat doesn't cause character move, so you need to redo it.
5. When character is commanded to move, character animation shows running in starting spot like 1-2 second, before character starts actually move.
I think those are only bugs I have noticed.
