Is it possible to pursue multiple romances in this game before ultimately choosing one? In Origins, I slept with 3 characters (multi-tasking achievements), but I eventually ended up with Leliana. Would I be able to bed multiple characters in this game without it interfering with other prospects? I don't want to sleep with one character on a whim and then find out it ruined my chances with someone else.

I had a fling with Merrill but romanced Isabela. Not sure if going the whole way and romancing both works though.

I was flirting with multiple charecters, when Anders approached me for something more serious. I accepted, and there was a very underwhelming cutscene - and from that point on no other romances were available.

Interestingly enough, this time around, the other charecters comment on your relationship choice quite frequently.

Thanks, guys. I guess it depends on the character's personality. But, at least I have confirmation that I can sleep around with Isabela and Merrill, heh.

I actually slept with Isabella and then Anders asked about it and I told him she broke my heart..and then he slept with Hawke lol. I'm such a harlett.

However, I made my bed with Anders and stuck with it. Isabella doesn't like feelings anyways.

I had a friendship fling with Isabela while rivalmancing with Fenris. They're both wearing the red sash, but Fenris is the one who came to comfort Hawke after the serial killer quest.
