how many or whats the name of the mage clothes that you get in the beginning, i hate wearing robes. just wondering if there are any other decent stat/nonrobe armor for mages besides champion's

In act 2 either the robe vendor or in high town or the mage goods in the gallows sells robes that are called heavy silk or something. They are not robes they are a vest pants combo.
