Everyone:

At the start of Act II, I noticed that you're supposed to visit all of your companions and whatnot, and those are sidequests.

They all seemed to trigger properly, except for "Mourning," which involves visiting Merrill. The sidquest triggered, yes, but it also was immediately marked as completed. What's up with that? I visited Merrill afterward, but it didn't trigger any cutscenes and/or dialogue with her. How can a sidquest be completed without ever starting it?

On a slight aside, why is Merrill hanging out with Isabela so much in the tavern? Everytime I go there to visit with Isabela, Merrill is also there in the cutscenes, but not in the actual gameplay screen.
