The following Promo's are correctly unlocked on my PS3 DA2 Account. (I have received them in game)

However, on my Registered Game Promo page, I have much much more available,
Including the Staff of Parlanthan, and Fadeshear etc

I have clicked on these links dozens of times, they tell me that it is unlocked, go in game, and check the extras menu, I do all this, the extra's menu shows that they are all greyed out, and then it tells me to go back to bioware social for unlock instructions.

I check in the game, and alas, nothing is in my chest, and no journal entry for those items.


Now...
Originally my PSN Account was linked to the wrong EA Account, I have since got this resolved, and now I have the correct account linked etc,
Now the 'Stone Prisoner' shows up on my Bioware forum account, as an indicator of the correct link, and in DA2, my correct e-mail address shows up now.


Does this solve my problem..
Apparently not.


There is still about 8 promo's  that I am entitled to, but are not appearing for me in game.

I've talked to Chris Priestly, he told me to talk to Jeff, Jeff told me to get my profile linked via ea support, and now no one seems to be able to tell me what to do next, since the promo's are still not appearing.....
:-(


Advice?
I've already completed the game, but a staff of parlanthan and other goodies would be useful on other playthroughs.

I have the same problem... Tried everything EA support suggested... Lost cause...


And now i can't even contact customer support because for some reason i can't log to my EA account!

have you tried re-registering your game now that you have the game linked correctly?

I've re-registered for the newsletter,
In terms of re-registering the game, im unsure if there is a way to take it off my bioware account, and get it back on.

In anycase, they are linked up, cause my Stone Prisoner dlc is now showing up on my bio board.

However, the stuff on bioware promo's page, is not correctly being reflected in game.

I have the same problem as you.

I had a different account that my PSN was linked to and I registered my game on the account here. The irony being that I bothered to get EA Support to change the link to this account (which took 4 days) specifically to get the promo items in-game.

Even when I got the e-mail that they had changed the link, I thought to myself  "I will be real surprised if this actually works..." and of course it doesn't.

So yeah, promo items are not showing up in-game or on the unlockables menu even though now the account with all the registrations is definitely linked to my PSN ID.
