So is there a special quest to get a creatable sword/staff/dagger?
You know in the same vain as Starfang and Vigalance.
Just wondering because i'm doing a third runthrough and as of yet have seen no sign of such.

No, there isn't. Probably future DLC, Starfang was DLC remember.
