I've been playing the game since release, but I've been taking my time, so I'm only part of the way through Act 2.  Yesterday, I bought the Exiled Prince DLC.  I installed it properly, and I saw the cut scene.  However, I cannot click on the quest on the Chantry board...it shows as a quest item, but there is no clickable portion of it. I have reinsalled the dlc to no effect.

From doing google searches, I understand that this is a known issue.  However, the only way I've seen to fix it is to make my game think it is Act 1 using some debugging script.  I don't want to do this...I just want the DLC to work with my existing game.  I didn't see anything in the DLC that said you had to start it all at the beginning of the game, and I am feeling more than a little bit cheated.  Yes, I know I could restart my game, but I bought the DLC to be used with my current game, not start a new one.

Ok, that was way more ranty than I had intended.  My question is this:  Is there a patch or anything similar expected in the near future that will allow me all of the content of the DLC with my current game, or am I just out of luck?
