DA2 is a great game, just rushed. Its not "bad", just not as good as their other games.

NWN was bad.

You forgot about Jade Empire. DA2 was bad, but it wasn't bioware's first dissapointment.

I cannot agree with DA2 being a bad game, and the same goes for the NWN. DA2 is not the best game BioWare ever had, however I had (and have) a lot of fun with it, and that is all I ask of it. Although it would be probably better not to name it dragon Age at all - it took me about six hours to recognize that I know Isabela and Merril from DAO, and it was only because of the random talk. Their look is as different that even the same name does not ring a bell. Not to mention look of Qunari and the Elves as a whole, amongst other things. But it is still a great game, as far as you do not take DAO as the only way of doing the great RPG. If you are looking for DAO in DA2 you truly cannot find it (and it is better not even try it).

By the way - NWN 2 was not a good game even according to me, however it was not a BioWare game - it was made by Obsidian.

NwN if you were not into MP. That single player tacked on thing was a travesty. Jade Empire, not really a bad game, but a bad roleplaying game with galaxian style arcade sections.

I really do dig DA2.  It's a step up for the IP imo, it just took some real playing on my part to see that.

I would actually consider Mass Effect 2 the worst form that point of view. All the critics DA2 gotten for character development and action-based playing are much worse in it. As it seems the fact that ME2 was an action game instead of the RPG (I needed to play it on insanity to become aware that there actually are some special abilities, it just did not made any difference on lower difficulty -they could have just do a shooter with armor and weapon upgrades and it would feel the same)

WoW is terrible.

As for me personally, I loved Dragon Age 2, but the recycled dungeons is offensive. I am playing a second and third playthrough at the same time, but if I were to give it a score, I would still give it around a 7/10, I wouldn't say it's "bad" at all.

NWN and it's 91 Metacritic laughs at the haters. Ditto Jade Empire with it's 89.

That's a on objective question. Is the game "bad" because you say it is?? Is it bad becasue 2 people or 1 million people say it is? But what if there were a million people that like it?
I can't say the game is bad. I love it. Did it feel rushed and not as deep as DA O? Yes it did. But I can accept it for what it is and hope next time Bioware doesn't let EA rush DA 3 out of greed. My brother said he hated The Dark Knight. Does that make it a bad movie? To him it is. But that's just opinion. Just because YOU or a few people or a lot of people don't like a game the game, that doesn't make it in fact a bad game.

If Bioware thought there was nothing wrong at all in DA2, and no one would be complaining. They most likely would rush DA3 out of greed. If Bioware listens there is a change that they understand that there was actual problems with DA2 and they will fix those for DA3.

That is my hope at least.

Actually no, no WoW is not terrible by any standards. In fact WoW is the best MMO on the market. Just because *you* don't like the game doesn't make it bad. I don't even play the game anymore because it got too repetitive, but that was after 4.5 years.

NWN was much improved by expansions. It's the single player game on release that got all the criticism.
