so when i entered i faught evets and killed him then went right into a camp and saw nothing, then as i'm leaving a bandit leader pops out and stands there....
i'm guessing bug, and wonder if i just missed an encounter....

I've got the same glitch... he appears out of nowhere and I can't talk or interact with him

I think he part of the bugged quest where you are suppose to rescue a lady named Orianna or something.

Yup, he only appears when you have the quest "Who Needs Rescuing" And then he just stands there.... Hope they fix it soon
