Thanks to the efforts of valiant forumites here I have been able to create custom faces for certain NPCs that I thought were lacking in the looks department. I made a couple of .erf files to modify Alistair and Anders' faces to appearances more pleasing to my eye, yet still in character for them.
I tried my best to get Alistair to resemble his DA:O self, but my options were limited in the in-game character creator. I might update his face later. I am pretty sure I gave Al his goatee stubble but it's hard to tell in these images.
