As the title suggests, I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam shortly after ME2 was released.
Got distracted by the ensuing space odyssey and never looked for either the digital artbook or the soundtrack that the digital deluxe edition is supposed to include.

Does anyone know where I can download these? Are they hiding on steam? The bioware website?

Look in the install directory, which will be under the Steam folder. If it's like other installations, there will be a "bonus" folder with the DDE content.
