Questions:

Can Dragon Age 2 be twisted around and "improved" like Dragon Age 1 with user made mods?
Is the toolkit easy to use for you master mod makers out there?
When can we expect these said master mods? I happen to be looking for a mod that reduces that size of the female boobs. I mean, even dear old *mom has some huge boobs. Huge is huge, but bolders are bolders..
Let's not get crazy!  Plus, I want all my toons to run around naked, but that's just me...


I fear that maybe Dragon Age 2 is using a updated Mass Effect 2 engine which I have been told isn't very mod friendly.

I think with a few mods and some tweaking that this game can turn out just as good as the first...
We can always hope.

Just so you know, I rate this game a 10 and I don't work for Bioware...

I like the boobs but I want the "Exit Only" tattoo mod I can place on my butt so all the gay characters get the hint and stop hitting on me. There's a spot where I chose the red hand option on Anders and what happens? He makes out with my dude. WTF. Not cool Bioware.

The anti-90-year-old-dishpan-hands mod would be nice also.

I like big boobs as much as the next guy but for basically every woman in the game to be so well endowed does ruin the immersion. Maybe keep one or two with a large chest but have the rest reduced to something more reasonable.

haha! i agree... the boob size is a little silly. personally, i'd like for my character's rack to be at least a tad smaller... right now they're so huge that it makes it look cumbersome and awkward in most armors. gimme a sleek, petite rogue pleeeeeeaaase!

Well, for the most part it wasn't particularly distracting. I have to admit though, I was pretty surprised in bethany's size... I thought it may have been exaggerated due to varric's embellishing. As far as modifications, I wouldn't be opposed, but there are other issues I'd rather see taken care of first :-/

The toolsets are similar enough that some modders are already able to tweak some stuff.

I haven't seen one to do this yet. But there is one to replace Bethany's normal character model with Varric's exaggerated character model. :innocent:

I only noticed them during conversations, it's not like i stopped to stare as I ran around Kirkwall.

There are already mods for this. And judging the base female body model on its...breast characteristics alone I'd say its a fairly conservative small C cup.

Whats the problem here? Only place the game is like OMG BOOBS is Bethany's exaggerated appearance right at the first of the game, even Isabela is relatively tame as compared to some of the modified body models that were put into use to replace the DA original models.

Yes, I'd take that anti-huge-boobs mod, and the anti-aging hand lotion as well. Now add a undies-gone in cuddle scenes mod, and I'm pleased.

That said, those are minor cosmetic flaws.

OK, there seems to be some confusion about Man-Giraffe-Dog on the forums, notably that it just looks like a Giraffe-Dog. Well... that's the POINT. Why do you think I'm the only one warning you. It's disguised as a Giraffe-Dog until it's ready to take over the world.

I swear Bioware did the hand thing on purpose just to mess with people. People complained about the teeth in DA:O even though logically it made sense for people to not have pearly whites in a medieval fantasy. So this time around they gave us pearly white smiles and rugged dirty hands. I say well played Bioware, well played.

Seriously OP you say you want smaller boobs but want everybody to run around naked? If anything a mod to replace Bethany's model with Varric's embellished model for the whole game is a mod that is needed Also for female Hawke wouldn't be turned away either.
