A little translucent box on the upper right corner that you can assign characters to and 'quick spells' for assigned characters. It has an indicator that shows when an assigned character is casting a spell.. and also lets you click a spell and a target without pausing and switching back to your caster.
Really, just something that gives you constant feedback on what your casters are doing and when they are free to cast another spell. Instead of having to watch them, wait for the spell to finish, then hit pause, switch characters, select spell, select target, switch back to other character.. unpause...
