Sooo, I bought Dead Space 2 a while ago via Steam and I'm not sure where to find the promo code - or am I out of luck because I got it through steam? All I recieved in my email was a 'Thank you for your purchase' from steam and a 'Welcome to Terror' from EA Games.

click the bioware support link below.
that takes you to the ea support page.
click contact us,it asks you to log in.
Then fill out a ticket and select live chat.whole thing takes at most an hour(includeing wait time)
