On Morrigan's dialogue wiki page, it says you can interrogate her about the personal quest after she gives it to  you. It says you can only do this "briefly" after getting the quest. So I follow the instructions and talk to her at the camp straight after I agree to kill flemeth and the option is not there. Can you actually get this conversation? And if so HOW do you get it?  Apparently in this hidden conversation you can offer alternatives to morrigan (run away, use magic to protect yourself etc) so it at least helps with your decision making and makes killing Flemeth more of a last resort. I have to mention I play on the xbox360 so if I have to mod it to get it, I'm out of luck sadly.
