What happens if you've had sex with Isabella, and have also had Merrill move in with you? Is there a confrontation later, or am I locked in with Merrill now? Its still Act 2, before you can really get anywhere with Isabella. Just curious about the long term and potential conflict.

I had a quickie with Isabela. Later when romancing Anders he asked about it. At that point you have to choose. I did flirt with people after that but nothing happened. The game itself is sensible to bugs, beware. Isabela was mentioned in the end even though I had clearly chosen the Anders romance. Even got an achievement from it. Also Hawke's mom and Aveline talked about Isabela like Hawke was still with her. Annoying.
