 Hi all

I want to learn more about how to add stuff in to game. So 1st I just wish to add a test item in game for now and go from there. Later when I learn more will try and work on some mod for the game.

I made a ring as a start and followed weriKK at social.bioware.com/5339/blog/576/  and found the 1st part nice and easy. Was able to learn a lot from that. I got to the script part and was lost. Dont matter how many times I look at that part and even tryed to understand the script, I just could not.

Even copy the script and copyed my item rin name where his weapon name was. I paste that in to the part where the script go and trying to follow what werikk said. (unsure if thats a good idea to copy a script or not, as dont know what I doing and trying the easy way out)

So gone down another road for now and add someone mod that with in game console I can add items.

The problem here is the toolset show my Ring but dont show up in game.

What I mean is this. I open in game console and type "runscript additem am_g_ring1.uti" (with out the quotes) and got message success.
I look in my inventory and nope not there. So look at maybe the mod dont work and so test in with a plan iron ring and yep got it.
Please note as I am useing  Angel_console_fix_fonts and so I am then able to see what I type in console.

So how do I get the toolset to let the game know its there ?

I hope you understand what I am asking and its not too much info I put. Thank you for any one that help.

Also any tips or realy good tutorials would be nice. Not wiki as I read that and it gets a bit confussing. Also help on scripting for toolset would be of help.
