I tried to do this and didn't fair so well. I saved in back at the lake, so I am going to try again, but I am looking for Party suggestions. What works the best?
Also, in the Chapel, at the fallen statue, is it better to leave the vial alone? The thing that spawned was extremely tough!
Broken Circle suggestions?

It did not go so well, meaning?
Well, I beat up the statue. If you survived, that's good, right?

Dragoness...i would definatley suggest going with two mages and two warriors (all depending on who your PC is, and including Wynne, of course).
Missing a rogue is going to make leaving all the locked stuff behind kinda sad but if you actually need anything thats locked away, there would be a key someplace near...and you could always go back through afterwards with a rogue (there are very few traps, too). As far as the statue (spawned Revenant(sp?)), i went back to kill it around lvl 14...would suggest you do the same.

You get Wynn as party member, so you are better off with 3 damage dealers. I had Leilanna as Archer, main character as dual wield, and Sten as 2-H User.
The final fight remember to use the litany of something something. It will stop him from using his special ability. In the beginning of the fight you can also try to force field him if you can, to keep him out of the fight till you get done with the support troops. It is a fairly straight forward fight.

The toon I am running it on this run through is Human Noble Rogue. What's funny, there are a lot of chests I can't open even with my rogue and deft hands+the next one.

Did you not put any points into cunning if you can't open chests?
And yes, skip the revenant, there are more like him in other places and all of them are hard enough for waiting a bit to make sense.

Yeah I have points in cunning, but I may add more. I can probably go back with Leliana as well and between the two of us we should probably be able to do it.
