I want to romance Isabella in this playthrough.
I've already slept with her but i'm not sure which decision to take, I remember people saying if you said you wanted to bring love in to it you could only be friends with her for the rest of the game.
Is this true?

From what I remember I responded with bringing love into it. Still ended up with her in the end.

To romance isabella, do the following:
1) You HAVE to be one the friendship path with her, not rivalry.
2) Flirt w/ her during "ongoing search" companion quest (Act 2)
3) Flirt again to set up the shmexy love scene.
4) Click on all the "Investigate questions" and do the responses with heart icons (ask her 'what about love?')
5) Ensure her return during the "To catch a thief" quest
6) Find both gifts, reach 100% friendship, begin "questioning beliefs" final stage companion relationship conversation.
7) talk to her in the gallows before final battle to complete the romance and get the achievement
